While we are thrilled to reopen our surgery center doors and offer comprehensive pain care, we understand that concerns about the coronavirus pandemic are still on top of most people’s minds. Please know, we have taken extensive measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our patients
and staff.

COVID-19 screenings – Before beginning any onsite appointment or procedure, all patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms.

Virtual waiting room – Whenever possible, patients will wait in their cars until our staff calls them in for their appointment.

Limited contact – Patients will be asked to enter the facility for their appointment alone unless an assistant is medically necessary. Drivers and/or guardians will otherwise be contacted when the patient’s procedure is complete. Only one patient will be in the pre-op bay at a time. Visitors are not permitted.

Social distancing – Patients and staff alike will be directed to practice safe social distancing at all times.

PPE – Our staff meticulously adheres to CDC guidelines regarding the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Sanitation – We have always maintained stellar and uncompromising standards of cleanliness, but during these uncertain times, we are sterilizing and disinfecting with increased regularity. The reopening of our surgery center is a promising step in the right direction. While we’re not out of the woods yet, if we all do our part and continue following guidelines outlined by healthcare authorities, together we will get through this.
